“A feast for all senses…What a spectacular evening we had at your home. This was certainly a highlight of the mission.” – Jewish Federation Valley Alliance
“I want to thank you for creating one of the most memorable, meaningful experiences of our recent Legislative Mission to Israel. Being able to share Shabbat dinner in your home was a wonderful treat and gave the lawmakers a glimpse of Jewish life that could not be replicated in a hotel.” – Lisa Yoram, Jewish Federation of Houston
“I’d like to thank you and Rony for the very special hospitality that you have provided to the ADL delegations. In particular, the participants of ADL’s law enforcement missions have an opportunity of a Jewish Shabbat experience and the bonus of meeting locals to break bread and share personal stories. Your warm personality and Roni’s delicious food and desserts are one of the highlights of the trip.” – Phyllis Gerably, former Director ADL Israel Office.
“Thank you for the most incredible Bar Mitzvah ever! We are still on a high from our wonderful weekend in Safed. When people ask me how the Bar Mitzvah was, I am truly at a loss for words, because it was — in every way (spiritually, aesthetically, culinarily) — beyond anything I could ever have imagined. Everyone (American and Israeli alike) left Safed totally amazed at how perfectly every detail of the weekend had been executed, but of course — that is all attributable to you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for building us through the planning of the weekend and for making Jonathan’s Bar Mitzvah so absolutely beautiful from start to finish. We, and all of our guests, will remember it forever!” – With love and tremendous thanks, Brenda Bryn, Miami, FL May 2008
