What does the price include?
Beautiful accommodations in a stone suite with 100% cotton linens and towels, ensuite bathroom, a full breakfast of eggs, salads, breads, coffee, tea, juice. Sitting areas in courtyards and rooftops with views of the mountains and sunsets. Use of Turkish hammam – upon request.
Is a credit card required to make a reservation?
Yes, all bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card or advance payment. We do not charge your credit card until your arrival.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
If reservation is cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled/modified 6-1 days before arrival date, 100% of the first night will be charged. If cancelled/modified 24 hours before check in or in case of no-show, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
Is my ID/passport required at check in?
Yes if you are not an Israeli resident, so that you do not have pay the VAT. We must also have a copy of your entry card.
What is the charge for additional beds?
200 NIS for each additional person over the age of 3 years old.
Do you have onsite parking?
We are located on a cobblestone alley with no cars. Parking is on the street just above our alley -Hapalmach Street. There is a free parking lot at the end of Hapalmach Street in front of the Wolfsohn Community Center.
What is check in/check out time?
2 – 6 PM check in, 10 AM check out. Late arrival after office hours must be arranged with our office in advance.
Do you have a pool?
No, but in the summer our guests have access to the pool at the Rimon Inn hotel just a five minute walk for only 35 NIS per person.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets although we do love them.
Why are there no televisions?
To give you a rest from the constant buzz, so you can hear the quiet of Safed and luxuriate in the tranquility and sanctity of this special place.
